Kupchick Receives Independent Party Endorsement

FAIRFIELD – State Representative Brenda Kupchick (R-132) has received the endorsement of the Independent Party of Connecticut in her reelection bid for the General Assembly’s 132nd District seat in the state House of Representatives.

By receiving this endorsement, Rep. Kupchick will appear on both the Republican and Independent ballot lines on Election Day.

“I am proud to receive the endorsement for my work on behalf of Fairfield residents,” said Rep. Kupchick. “I believe receiving the support of the CT Independent Party is reflective of my record of being an independent voice for the 132nd District in Hartford.”

“I will continue my approach of working toward common sense solutions to the challenges Connecticut is facing if I’m chosen by the voters on November 8th,” added Rep. Kupchick.

“We believe Brenda is a fresh independent-minded voice in the state legislature seeking an inclusive and responsible state government for all residents,” said John Dietter, State Chairman of the Connecticut Independent Party. “Her views on state spending, debt and the need for economic growth reflect our goals. We enthusiastically endorse Brenda’s candidacy, and look forward to her victory in November.”

Rep. Kupchick is currently serving the 132nd District representing Fairfield and Southport in the Connecticut General Assembly.

Kupchick Receives Endorsement from CT League of Conservation Voters

FAIRFIELD – The Connecticut League of Conservation Voters (CTLCV) has endorsed State Representative Brenda Kupchick (R-132) in her reelection bid for the General Assembly in recognition of her efforts on behalf of the environment.

In an email to Rep. Kupchick announcing her endorsement, Lori Brown, the Executive Director of CTLCV wrote, “Thank you for caring about Connecticut’s environment and working so hard to design and pass good statewide policy! We are grateful to have champions like you at the Capitol and we look forward to working with you in the year ahead.”

“We are fortunate enough to live in a state with so many beautiful natural resources, and I strongly believe we need to prioritize the protection of those resources as we set our legislative agenda for next session,” said Rep. Kupchick. “I am committed to protecting Connecticut’s open space, the Long Island Sound, and our air and wildlife.
